A hot dog board is the easiest, most customizable way to feed a crowd. Grilled sausages, fresh buns, classic toppings, and all the sides. Perfect for summer gatherings or 4th of July.
Ingredients

premium hot dog rolls
12
polish sausage hot dogs

mustard potato salad
Ketchup and mustard to drizzle on the dogs
1
small watermelon
,
cut into chunks
Grapes
Strawberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Green relish
Red onion

thinly sliced
Ranch dip
Guacamole dip

bag sour cream potato chips

bag BBQ potato chips

Instructions
Prepare a large platter or board, big enough for 12 hot dogs. Add parchment paper if not food safe.
In the center of the epic board, place a large bowl of potato salad.
Next place 2 bowls of fruit (mixed berries and grape, watermelon).
Around the outside, lay down the 12 buns. Optional to toast the buns ahead of time.
Grill the hot dogs (or cook on stovetoand place in the buns. Optional to add ketchup and mustard.
Lay down 3 bowls of onions and ranch dip and guacamole.
Fill in the areas with potato chips and serve! Don’t forget the napkins!
