¾cupcrispy fried onions, plus additional for topping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add chopped pickles (reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish), ranch seasoning, garlic, fresh dill, onion powder, lemon juice, cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice. Gently stir. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
Gently add in the crispy fried onions and mix until incorporated. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the crispy fried onions for garnish (right before serving).
Cover and rerigerate for 2 hours or overnight so the flavors can develop.
Before serving, sprinkle with reserved pickles, crispy fried onions, and fresh dill.
Serve with your favorite crinkle potato chips.
Also optional to serve with: pretzel thins, veggies, or bread sticks. Delicious spread on burgers, sandwiches, or wraps!
