yellow bell pepper

bunch fresh cilantro

roughly chopped

bunch dill

jalepeno

diced (optional)
Salt & pepper

olive oil

lemon

juiced

lime

juiced and zest
Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice and zest together in a bowl; pour over veggies pieces; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Top with more fresh chopped herbs if desired.
