Whisk marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place the steaks in a gallon size resealable bag; pour the marinade over the meat.
Prepare the steaks by laying them out on a cutting board. Tenderize both sides and sprinkle with a tiny bit of Kosher salt. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
Press air out th bag and allow the steak to marinate in the fridge until ready for grilling.
Prepare grill. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the steak. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. If you prefer your steak medium to well done, you will likely need to cook it a few more minutes. Optional to use a meat thermometer. We love our steak cooked medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness. Use an instant read thermometer by placing in the side of the steaks, in the thickest part. not to touch bone or the fat.
Allow the steak to rest. Once temperature is reached, remove it from the grill and tent with foil for 5 minutes. Oh, so juicy good!
Thinly slice the steak for an easy meal, or steak sandwiches!

You can marinate overnight at the longest but don’t go over 24 hours.
