In a blender, combine all batter ingredients: flour, puree, eggs, milk, spices, sugar, and oats. Blend until smooth.
Heat a griddle on medium high heat. Spray pan, then pour on 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Sprinkle in chocolate chips and allow to cook until small bubbles form.
Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan and serve immediately with pears, dried cherries, maple syrup, toasted pecans, and butter.
