Option to bake the chicken: Place on foil lined pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-30 minutes (depending on how thick the chicken breasts are).
Ingredients
1
cup
balsamic vinegar
1/2
cup
honey
3
Tbsp.
olive oil
3
cloves
garlic
,
grated (grated ginger is good, too)
1
tsp.
Italian seasoning
1
tsp.
salt
1
tsp.
pepper
8
boneless skinless chicken breasts
,
if large, cut in half
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic (or ginger), seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a deep bowl or plastic bag and pour the marinade over the top.
Place in the refrigerator and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.
If freezing, place in plastic bag (make sure and remove the air), and freeze on a flat surface.
Remove from freezer and thaw before grilling.
Grill chicken over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes, on both sides or until cooked through.
Pour the excess marinade in a small bowl. Baste the chicken a few times while grilling.
Serve with your favorite salsa or salad on the side!
