Hard cook eggs ahead of time and keep in the fridge.
Ingredients

7 oz. bag butter lettuce & radicchio

can pink salmon

drained, flaked

cherry tomatoes

grated carrots

boiled eggs

peeled and cut in half

red onion

diced

avocado

sliced
Microgreens

Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Arrange in a large bowl all salad ingredients.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; serve!
