goat cheese

tsp
honey
1 1/2
tsp
rosemary

tsp
thyme

cup
toasted whole almonds
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut apricots in half and remove pits. Combine cheese, herbs, honey, and salt in bowl. Mix until smooth.
Roll cheese into balls and place inside apricots. Place one almond in the center. Garnish with fresh herbs.
