If you like a saucier dish, add more pesto and mayonnaise to the mixture. Make the day before and let the pesto mingle into the salad.
Ingredients

Penne Rigate Pasta

I use DeLallo

Honey Crisp apples
,
cut into chunks
1
small red onion
,
diced
3
stalks of celery
,
diced
1 1/2
lb.
turkey breast
,
cubed
1/2
cup
prepared pesto sauce
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
1/2
cup
pomegranate seeds
Instructions
Make pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water; drain and chill.
Combine all of the ingredients into the pasta, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
