These bites are perfect for a spring or summer appetizer! They are light and fresh, with a kick of spice and flavor from the chili, lime, and salt.
Ingredients
1
small jicama
,
peeled and sliced into 1x1 inch squares
Mango
,
cut into 1x1 inch cubes
Whole mint leaves
Lime
Chili powder
Salt
Instructions
On a serving platter, layer jicama squares, mint leaf, and mango. Squeeze fresh lime, crack fresh salt, and dust with chili powder.
Finally, skewer with a toothpick, and you’re ready to serve!

*Note: the squares don’t have to be perfect!
