rinsed and well drained

cocktail sauce

can sliced black olives

Thousand Island Dressing

finely chopped
Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Mix together the shrimp and cocktail sauce in advance and allow to drain (push the liquid out).
In a parfait dish, lay down 1/2 of the lettuce, then half of the shrimp mixture.
Then layer the olives, onion, more lettuce, and tomatoes.
Add more of the remaining shrimp, and arrange the eggs, dressing (in the middle), and avocado.
Garnish with parsley and fresh cracked pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve!
