seedless watermelon
,
about 1/2 large, rind removed, cut into 1x2 inch slices

tablespoon
Chile Lime Seasoning Blend
1/3
cup
roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2
cup
feta cheese
,
crumbled
Instructions
On a large serving platter, layer the watermelon.
Lightly season with the Chile Lime Seasoning Blend.
Crumble the feta over the top. Sprinkle with chopped mint; serve!
