Watermelon Chile Lime Feta Salad
- 4 pounds seedless watermelon (about 1/2 large), rind removed, cut into 1×2 inch slices
- 1 tablespoon Chile Lime Seasoning Blend
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- On a large serving platter, layer the watermelon.
- Lightly season with the Chile Lime Seasoning Blend.
- Crumble the feta over the top. Sprinkle with chopped mint; serve!
