Friends, on our recent Mexican Riviera Princess Cruise on the Ruby Princess ship, we were treated like royalty. We had so many delicious dining experiences, it’s hard to know where to start. Recently, my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary on a Princess Cruise on the Mexican Riviera, with a delicious Ruby Princess Balcony Room Lobster Dinner!

Can you imagine, stepping onto the “Love Boat,” with a week ahead on the Mexican Riviera? Our cruise took us to Puerta Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo, with plenty of time to enjoy the “big” ship! What a week it was.

Today I’m sharing some of the highlights of our Ruby Princess Balcony Room Lobster Dinner. Ultimate Balcony Dining on Princess Cruises treats passengers to an intimate dining experience in the comfort of their own balconies. And I’m telling you, it is a real treat!

On our recent Mexican Riviera Princess Cruise on the Ruby Princess ship, along with enjoyable culinary experiences, my husband and I were committed to working out daily (if possible), and enjoying the Lotus Spa and Fitness, the pool, and The Sanctuary (a luxurious spa-inspired top deck retreat, reserved just for adults) as much as possible.

There’s nothing quite like the tropical sun, and the warm ocean breeze!

Working out with a buddy makes exercising so much more enjoyable, and Paul and I went to the gym together as much as we could. The Fitness Centre on the Ruby Princess is located on the 16th deck at the front of the ship. What a view we had! (more…)
