How to make Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

- Brush the butter mix all over the top of the 16 assembled croissants.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until the croissants are golden and toasted. The cheese will be nice and melty!
- Assemble the ham sandwiches on a platter and sprinkle lightly with finely chopped green onions.
- Enjoy!
Tips & substitutions
- I buy the mini croissants at Trader Joe’s in the freezer section.
- If you can’t find the mini croissants, you can use regular size croissants (but only use 8 large ones instead of 16 mini ones).
- Use your favorite cheese if you aren’t a fan of Swiss.
- Grill sweet onions for a nice caramelized touch!
- Add garden heirloom tomato slices in the summertime.
- Optional to not add the pesto, but I find it adds a nice pizazz!
- Easy to reheat in the air fryer.
