Baked Kale Gratin Recipe
This Baked Kale Gratin recipe is delicious served as a main dish, a side dish, or a holiday potluck dish! Delicious for entertaining!
Hello, Friends! Itโs the day after the big feast, BLACK FRIDAY, and our refrigerators are laden with leftovers galore, but hopefully our cooking spirits arenโt a-fadin.
Leftover cooking for some is not an option, but quite honestly, if you have the right cookware, it becomes very simple โ affordable and delicious!
Why I love Swiss Diamond.
I am fed up with replacing nonstick pans for 20+ years. As careful as we try to be to not to scratch them, they are just not as durable as anodized or stainless. Yet anodized and stainless steel cookware does not have the nonstick properties needed in some cooking applications. Why canโt we just have both in the same pan?
Iโm here to tell you that Swiss Diamondยฎ is the perfect combination of a hard-anodized and nonstick pan communion.
Some pans come with glass lids that are optionally vented to release steam or you can buy the lid separately. It can go from stove-top to the oven, and this is a firstโit can actually handle metal utensils. It is truly nonstick and washes up gorgeously.
Itโs also ideal for your favorite meat, vegetables, and sauces. The high-quality cast aluminum construction ensures equal heat distribution across the entire pan. Heat-tempered glass lid included, oven-safe up to 500 F.
