Cinnamon Cheesecake Balls
Enjoy these Cinnamon Cheesecake Balls served on homemade ice cream, with fruit, and toppings, for Fourth of July entertaining!
I was thinking the other day about why people don’t invite others into their homes, or even host for the holidays!
Hospitality is really not fun when you get all caught up in a list of things that has to be done perfectly, before people can even enter your home.
In fact, I wrote about it, here, all the silly details. You know, the worrying that we hostesses do. Usually things that don’t really matter (like will they like what I serve, is my home good enough, what if it’s too hot to eat outside, and my house isn’t what I want it to be, will they like us?) … the list goes on and on.
Cinnamon Cheesecake Balls
I really want our doors to be open here in our new home, and just in time to calm my nerves, is this easy, fun, summer recipe, Cinnamon Cheesecake Balls, yummy served on ice cream (homemade vanilla ice cream is yummy, if you have the time to make it) with berries, or your favorite toppings!
Hello summer! Summer is the best time to entertain, Friends! Just serve a simple ice cream bar.
The outdoors makes it super easy to impress your guests with God’s creation, rather than your decorating skills, or even cooking skills. Just sit outside and enjoy a fun little dessert … and people!
Opening our lives means sharing our true, actual lives, not the perfect ones we fake for social media. Right now, the mess can stay on the deck (as we are redoing our kitchen), and we’ll just pretend it’s not there!
Mostly, our friends just want our presence, and to hang with us.
Make ahead and serve.
Serve with toppings such as fruit, graham crackers, or yogurt.
To make small ice cream “cheesecake” sundaes!
ENJOY!
