For the beautiful weekend, whatever you’ll be doing or wherever you live, I hope you’ll enjoy this delicious Easy Apple Moscow Mule drink that we recently served.
Set out a jug of apple cider. I bought an organic giant jug at our Medford Co-op.
Make sure you set out chilled mugs. If you don’t have any of these mugs, I have found that TJ Maxx has the best deals on them.
Ginger beer is non-alcoholic, and it’s delightful mixed with apple cider!
Of course the whisky or bourbon is optional.
Make sure you have plenty of ice!
Maybe sip on these this weekend while you’re passing out candy. It’s also 3 easy ingredients to bring with you if you’re headed to a potluck.
Here are a few things I’ve been working on in my neck of the woods.
Pressing leaves for our Thanksgiving table.
Raking and cleaning up. We’ve still been able to entertain in our backyard!
An early morning walk with my girlfriends {Manor Hill}.
Just driving down the street makes me happy and grateful, when I see the beauty and mix of colors. This weekend we’ll be putting our garden to bed!
Goodbye lovely October. You’ve been good to me, and my cup is full of friendships, gatherings, the beauty of fall, and plenty of love.
I’m looking forward to November, with delicious recipes, and a surprise trip to London coming up! I can’t share the details yet, but I’m very excited about it!
