KitchenAid GIVEAWAY via USA Today Your Life Magazine
There’s a new publication that hit the stands today by USA Today, designed specifically for women.
It’s called Your Life: Guide to Women’s Health.
Christine Neff, from USA Today, wrote an excellent article in this fabulous magazine called, “Holiday Entertaining Made Easy!”
I’m honored that she included RE as part of the interview on each beautiful page of this feature.
Take a peek at these fabulous pages!
There are fantastic recipes, tips on bringing the outdoors in, simplifying during the holidays, staying sane and “putting perfections aside,” and most importantly, realizing the benefits of entertaining.
There are so many benefits to entertaining, the most obvious in my opinion being forging beautiful relationships!
Your Life is also full of good eats, tips, advice, and plenty of reminders that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Which brings us to our GIVEAWAY here today!
Do you own a stand mixer by KitchenAid? I think I’ve owned a couple in my 30 years of entertaining. I just wear them out, they’re used so much for baking, cooking, and canning. I tend to think of my KA as a friend, who I rely heavily upon. :)
Today in celebration of RE featured in USA Today, KitchenAid is giving away a 7-quart Stand Mixer. This product is brand new, so the winner will be one of the first to own it.
Here are the details (winner gets to choose between silver, black, or red):

Cooking for the Cure, presented by KitchenAid, reminds us that cooking with a purpose (and supporting the Cure) helps to bring an end to breast cancer in our lifetime.
Oh, how do I believe in this. My mom had breast cancer, and then ovarian cancer took her life. So cancer is fresh in our family and a reminder that we need to do all we can to help.

Thanks for hosting a giveaway!!

For holiday parties, I usually do it all myself. And stress about it! And wait too long to get started, so it’s even more stressful! That’s why I love this site….helps me try to relax about entertaining!! Thanks for the chance to win!
If I’m planning ahead, I normally cook everything because I like to give our guests the luxury of just arriving and enjoying a great meal. If it’s a last-minute thing…especially as we’re standing around talking after church, then I normally let my friends chip in and bring something.
We usually make almost everything. I have a few friends that bring specialty items that they excel at and I really look forward to having every year.
I usually make everything, but I do love it when my friends help out and we can cook together! Giggles are sure to abound! Having a larger mixer than my old workhorse would be awesome! Thanks for the chance!
At holiday time, I do a combination of both! I love to host friends at our home, so I prepare a lot of eats! Most friends want to help, so I’ll let them! The more the merrier and more variety and new food to share!
I make most of the food, but do ask some guest to bring a dish as well.
I’m in LOVE with this mixer! we used it at Whirlpool’s Real Whirled House last month!♥
When we host parties my husband does all the cooking. He is a fabulous cook and loves his Kitchaid mixer.
Potluck, definitely :)
I decide whether to do it all myself or not depending on the siz of the party. If i am having a large group I usually make a lot myself and ask a few close friends to bring things that complement my menu. If the party is small I do it all myself. :-)
I follow your blog. (Pretty sure that was an extra entry. :))
I am a facebook fan of Kitchen Aid (and mine just died, so this would be an awesome win)
