KitchenAid GIVEAWAY via USA Today Your Life Magazine
There’s a new publication that hit the stands today by USA Today, designed specifically for women.
It’s called Your Life: Guide to Women’s Health.
Christine Neff, from USA Today, wrote an excellent article in this fabulous magazine called, “Holiday Entertaining Made Easy!”
I’m honored that she included RE as part of the interview on each beautiful page of this feature.
Take a peek at these fabulous pages!
There are fantastic recipes, tips on bringing the outdoors in, simplifying during the holidays, staying sane and “putting perfections aside,” and most importantly, realizing the benefits of entertaining.
There are so many benefits to entertaining, the most obvious in my opinion being forging beautiful relationships!
Your Life is also full of good eats, tips, advice, and plenty of reminders that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Which brings us to our GIVEAWAY here today!
Do you own a stand mixer by KitchenAid? I think I’ve owned a couple in my 30 years of entertaining. I just wear them out, they’re used so much for baking, cooking, and canning. I tend to think of my KA as a friend, who I rely heavily upon. :)
Today in celebration of RE featured in USA Today, KitchenAid is giving away a 7-quart Stand Mixer. This product is brand new, so the winner will be one of the first to own it.
Here are the details (winner gets to choose between silver, black, or red):

Cooking for the Cure, presented by KitchenAid, reminds us that cooking with a purpose (and supporting the Cure) helps to bring an end to breast cancer in our lifetime.
Oh, how do I believe in this. My mom had breast cancer, and then ovarian cancer took her life. So cancer is fresh in our family and a reminder that we need to do all we can to help.

I usually do a combo taking on most of the cooking and baking myself!
I usually make everything myself from scratch- up to twelve people I can totally handle it, although it tends to be a bit stressful I just love doing it.
I already like you on FB (and I’m sure I’d like you in person too, lol). I usually make the majority of the meal, but ask friends to bring salad or desserts.

Wow, I just saw this on twitter and still have a chance? Yay! When we entertain we cook everything ourselves, from scratch. I often mix up some bread so we can serve it warm to our guests, A new Kitchenaid would be a big help!

I make everything myself… with the help of my DH. Making a big Christmas dinner for our friends and family is our way of giving a little something to those we love since giving each person a store-bought gift isn’t in our budget. And since I love to feed people, it makes me insanely happy.

We usually do potluck style in our families.
Thanks for the chance to win!
I often think I will do it all so others can enjoy, but then reality sets in with working F/T and we end up doing potluck.
Even though I usually want others to bring something, I turn into a crazy lady who thinks she can do it all and I try to do everything myself. I love entertaining and I am learning lately to keep things simple and to have others help make the get together more special! :) I would love to win this mixer because I love baking and sharing my baked goods with others!
I love to make a lot of it myself, but then I love for people to bring the things I haven’t made, so I’m a 50/50 girl!
