This time my daughter created an EPIC Lamb Kofta Charcuterie Board that is inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, with the addition of cured meats and French brie and goat cheese!

By the time dinner is ready, you may be too full to eat! :) Or, serve this for your main course!

Ingredients for lamb kofta board

  • Sage Lamb Kofta with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce and Hummus
  • Dolmas (you can buy these fresh in the deli section, or canned)
  • Roasted nuts, try this Cinnamon Orange Roasted Nuts with Vanilla homemade recipe
  • Pistachios
  • Pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • Assorted grapes, figs, olives, and dates
  • Assorted crackers and pita bread
  • Persian cucumber and blackberries
  • Marinated goat cheese and a wheel of Brie cheese
  • Salami and prosciutto
  • Sage and rosemary to garnish

Don’t forget the toothpicks or other utensils for serving!

  • Hummus
  • Dolmas
  • Roasted nuts
  • Pistachios
  • Pomegranate arils, seeds
  • Assorted grapes
  • Fresh figs
  • Olives
  • Dates
  • Assorted crackers
  • Persian cucumber
  • Marinated goat cheese
  • Blackberries
  • Large wheel Brie cheese
  • Salami and prosciutto
  • Pita bread
  • Sage and rosemary to garnish
  • Toothpicks or other utensils to serve


  • Using various plates and bowls, arrange cheeses, olives, hummus, kofta and yogurt sauce, pomegranate seeds, Brie, and dolmas on the board.
  • Add the additional ingredients around the plates and bowls; crackers, roasted nuts, grapes, meats, cucumbers, pistachios, figs, dates, pita, and berries.
  • Garnish with sage, then serve!
