Located in downtown Seattle, this 97-room Kimpton Palladian Hotel is walking distance of Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and best Seattle restaurants!
During our recent stay in Seattle, Washington, we enjoyed a few nights at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, quirky, and elegant. You can check out more Kimpton properties in Seattle, here.
We loved the decor throughout. Coming to Seattle to hear our daughter play violin in the Sacred Sounds of Christmas concert at Benaroya Hall, we were able to enjoy the festive lights of downtown Seattle.
Seattle Kimpton Palladian Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the historic Belltown district, a building built in 1910, with 97 rooms with an edgy design, and contemporary furnishings that reflect Belltown’s hip heritage.
Let’s just say … when you walk into the lobby to check in, you want to have a conversation with Bill Gates, Kelsey Grammer, and Dave Matthews, whose portraits are greeting you on the walls. It’s a lobby you won’t soon forget!
Cast glass, weathered woods, exposed brick, and copper accents make the high-design space inviting.
A Downtown Seattle Hotel
This Seattle Kimpton Palladian Hotel is within walking distance of landmarks like Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and some of Seattle’s best restaurants. You can also enjoy live music venues, cafés, and boutiques. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do: A concert at Benaroya Hall, shopping, the waterfront, and eating at some of our favorite restaurants, like their local Shaker + Spear.
Kimpton hotels are known for their camaraderie, good company, and great happy hours. At 5 o’clock in the lobby, you can enjoy craft whiskeys and bourbons, area spirits, small-batch beers, and hand-selected wines.
The hallways are decorated in black-and-gold wallpaper modeled after old book covers. When we opened the door of our Palladian King Spa room, we couldn’t believe all of the natural light.
The rooms have luxe amenities with contemporary furnishings:
- Wine hour each night from 5pm – 6pm in hotel lobby
- Complimentary wireless internet in guestrooms
- Coffee & Tea service each morning from 5am – 9am
- 24 hour fitness center & business center

Palladian King Spa
The room was truly beautiful, with a custom king bed with a built-in (barn wood) bookshelf in the headboard, which we loved (and might even duplicate in our own home).
The windows are huge (again, a lot of natural light), with cool throw pillows. You might say they are “pop-art” pillows (with photos of Brad Pitt, Bill Murray, and other movie stars).
Perfect for leisurely lounging, our Palladian King Spa Room offered 345 square feet of comfort and allure.
Featuring one king bed with elegant Frette linens, this room included a luxurious bath, with a European-style wet room shower and claw-foot soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.
Yes, I took a tub with special bath salts that they left in our room.

Right around the corner from the hotel is new high density dwelling being built. Let’s just say, this area of town is up and coming!
The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ve been a fan of Kimpton hotels for years (because they are pet-friendly), but this one has been my favorite in Seattle!
I partnered with Seattle Kimpton Palladian Hotel for our stay in Seattle, but as always, all opinions are my own.
