Salmon is one of my go-to fish choices when I’m cooking seafood, because it’s readily available, versatile, and on the table in 12-15 minute.
It’s also nutritious, and we love the leftovers. But it’s all about the seasoning (and marinades).
Should I season my salmon overnight?
This recipe calls for marinating the salmon for 2 hours. Some marinades are very strong, so overnight might be too much. It is not recommended to marinate this recipe longer than 24 hours.
What do you serve with Orange Salmon?
This Orange-Spiced Salmon features honey for a bit of sweetness, and then orange and lime citrus, with favorite spices.
It pairs well with asparagus, green beans, or any side salad.

Such a great post. I admit I’ve allowed myself to “lag” when it comes to creativity. I let a “lack” mentality keep me from doing anything more than the usual, but I realize this and so my hope is to remind myself that creativity and ideas is free. I love your idea of a journal!
