How to make a Tostada Dinner Board

A tostada dinner board is FUN to serve on a lazy susan board, where you can set it in the middle of the table.

  1. On a food safe board, lay down the tostada shells around the outside.
  2. In small bowls, fill with all the toppings. In a larger bowl, fill with the chicken (we use shredded rotisserie). Set the bowls on the board. Heat up the refried beans and serve hot.
  3. Fill in open areas with lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Everyone makes their own tostada! Serve and enjoy!
