Eat the Rainbow Charcuterie Board
We served this board awhile back (right before social distancing began). I call it my Eat the Rainbow Charcuterie Board, because I think it’s one of the most vibrant, colorful boards that I have made.
Food is so beautiful…..
I’m sad to say the large Pier One boards have been been sold out, but GUESS WHAT?

My friend shared this quote this week and I thought about it a lot.
“Where you spend your attention is where you spend your life.” ― James Clear
Wow, isn’t this so true? Especially in these turbulent times … how do we start off our days? Who or what do we spend time with? Where do we put our attention and thoughts? How much time do we devote to prayer?
How do we live our lives?
Life in this world is hard, but that is why we need a community of love.
Being together with friends, family, and eating together is essential in our lives right now. Part of our budget each month is buying food to have people over. It’s an investment in relationships.
This is one way we choose to live our life!

How many square inches of board space should I figure per serving? I know this will vary depending on how ingredients are stacked. I see you rainbow board serves 12. How much square inches did that take?
It really depends on if you’re serving the board as an appetizer (let’s say for 10 people) or a dinner board (for 6). It depends on the course of food. Every board is different!
HI! I love your site and theย Eat the Rainbow Charcuterie Board is beyond amazing! One question: What did you do to your board to make it “food safe”? I have just been placing parchment paper on mine but want to do something permanent. Have the same one as you and I love it. ย
