Ryobi Brushless Snow Blower for Winter
The Ryobi Brushless Snow Blower for Winter is engineered to remove snow quickly from patios, decks and driveways–a review from our home in central Oregon.
Friends, we’ve said it so many times before, yet it’s still true: Ryobi does it again.
We’ve never lived in snow before, so moving to central Oregon has been a whole new baby for us. We started thinking late fall, a little concerned about what it would entail to clear snow off our deck and driveway. We had friends who said you have to get on a “list,” because there are services that offer this.
But Ryobi made it so easy.
Our first BIG snow came last week.
Ryobi Brushless Snow Blower for Winter
In less than 5 minutes of taking our 40V 20” brushless snow blower out of the box, we were ready to go.
Since we live up in a “treehouse” (our little pet name), the snow blower is light enough to carry upstairs on our own, and the 40V battery carries so much power, that we might tire out before it does.
We were able to clear our 3-sided deck and most of our driveway on just one charge! For added convenience, the Ryobi Snow Blower is equipped with one of their 40-Volt 4Ah High Capacity Lithium-ion Batteries, that provides up to 40 minutes of run time.
The 180° directional chute is adjustable on the fly, so you can fine-tune where you want all the snow to go without stopping.
And the LED headlights … what an addition! Having never owned one before, we didn’t think about lighting while removing snow at night. Ryobi made the job so much easier and enjoyable, given how quiet this machine is. You can enjoy nature and clear your property at the same time.
Like any snow blower, it’s best to use this one while the snow is light and fluffy. But even after we had rain fall on top of our snow, making it slushy, we were still able to get the job done.
Lastly, the cordless Snow Blower is backed with the Ryobi 5 Year Limited Warranty, and is guaranteed to deliver results for years to come.
How something so quiet and light can be so powerful is beyond us. We just know that it is, and look forward to using it for many winters to come.
This post is sponsored by Ryobi Outdoors, who provided us with the snow blower. As always, we’ve worked for years with Ryobi, and all opinions are my own!
Thanks for review, Sandy. This central Oregon winter came with A LOT of snow, that’s for sure. We ended up clearing everything multiple times, then after we did the roof we had to clear pathways and decks again! We are debating which blower we want to get for next year, so I’ll definitely be showing this to the husband. Cheers from Sunriver!
Awesome!!!! It’s always nice to hear and read product reviews especially from people we can “trust”. Enjoy your winter…I am a little jealous. :)
