Is summer flying by or what? This past weekend was great to have our entire family together, the last weekend before school started for our high schoolers. Soon, our oldest son will also be off to college. (My youngest 2 kiddos, freshman and a senior.)

For long summer days, pizza has never been a favorite for me to cook, because I just can’t get into making the crust. I really love fast and easy in the summertime.

This recipe I’m sharing today has changed my thoughts on summertime pizza though.

You can bake it in the oven, or you can place the pita breads right on the grill. Aggie from Aggie’s Kitchen will walk you through her process of grilling flatbreads, here.

In the meantime, get creative with your toppings and come back and tell me what you thought about this easy method. :)

What’s your favorite way to make pizza in the summertime?
