Fire up the grill, with burgers, brats, kebabs, salmon, chicken, and steak, and serve this delicious Avocado Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe on the side. Also scrumptious served with salmon patties, the avocado creaminess adds the perfect bite!
Friends, a meaningful life is one of constant engagement. We need each other, we need to connect, we need to think about what we can do for others. It doesn’t always come naturally.
Which is why I love to encourage a simple entertaining style: Barbecuing. Heating up the grill for a simple meal, and don’t forget to ask your guests to bring a side salad.

How easy is that? Serve this Avocado Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe with your favorite meat, or as a burger spread, and you’ve got a party! You may have already tried my lemon garlic aioli with these Mint Lamb Burgers (so good).
This is my favorite sauce now, made with guacamole. And it’s also delish served with salmon patties! (Check out my “how to make salmon cakes recipe.”)
You can add red pepper flakes for a kick, or let your guests add them if you’re worried about it being too hot.
I really love my friend Kristin Schell’s description of hospitality … (really, really, good book, here.)
Hospitality always feels small when you hold it in your hands. It’s not until you let it go, released like an offering, that you see how extravagant and hallowed it is. Sometimes I don’t “feel” anything happening, which, in our instant gratification and quick-fix society, feels like failure. Building community, investing in the lives right in front of us, requires us to take the long view. — Kristin Schell, The Turquoise Table
Yes, once again I’m challenging you to invite some people into your home for a meal (or appetizers?) this week! Ask God to open your eyes to the needs around you in your community (when you’d rather sit on the couch and read, or go on the 50th hike of the season). Definitely, our default is selfishness. Sadly so.
You may not feel of rush of gratification when you make that invite, but I promise the reward will come later!
It’s hard to explain, but you have to put one foot in the water …
Authentic living is stretching ourselves to be a little more, do a little more, sacrifice a little more. Even when we don’t feel like it.

Could this be made a few days ahead?
Oh, for sure!
Step 1 says to ‘add lemon juice’, but there’s no lemon juice on the ingredients list.
Yes, 1 Tbsp! :)
That avocado aioli garlic sauce looks amazing. Avocado is my favorite power food because of its antioxidants and healthy fats. I also love the fact that you can dip it with anything like chopped vegetables. Kudos to you for sharing this.
