Dairy-Free Cashew Pesto Recipe
Dairy-Free Cashew Pesto Recipe is delicious served on seafood or chicken. Also served as an appetizer with crostini and mozzarella, or heirloom tomatoes. Fresh and flavorful!
Friends, we don’t need a movement for hospitality. What the world needs is more love and dinner invites! (And this Dairy-Free Cashew Pesto Recipe for summer – oh, boy!)
Hospitality has always been there
For most of us, hospitality has always been rooted in our hearts, but busyness or life in general may have forced it down to lay dormant. Raise your hand if you’ve experienced this? (hand raised)
It only takes a spark to realize possibly how selfish we’ve become, and to do something about it.
Dairy-Free Cashew Pesto Recipe
Which is why I love this Dairy-Free Cashew Pesto recipe today. It’s yummy on crostini (broil and serve), or even more delicious on fish—Cashew Pesto Wild Sockeye Salmon with Heirloom Tomato or Cashew Pesto Steelhead with Heirloom Tomatoes. So good.
Don’t forget it’s summer, so spread this on heirloom tomatoes as well. Again, amazing!
It screams summer, and it’s great for your dairy-free friends (they will love and thank you)!
For me, a good recipe shows love, and combined with bringing people together? The perfect combo!
Try a casual type of hosting, like everyone shows up with a salad. You can make the appetizer!
Have you ever thought about being so busy, that you can’t even visualize having people over?
Providing space
What about just providing the space? Others can pitch in a dish or 2, and there you have it — a hospitable moment.
Relationship-based hosting is what everyone is longing for these days, as I was just having a conversation with a friend about this.
Friends, do it from your soul.
Do what’s easy for you.
Provide the space.
Make an easy dish.
The world needs more love and dinner invites! That is for sure!
