What does no churn ice cream mean?
Making “no churn” ice cream means there is no ice cream maker.
So this dessert recipe is made for anyone who wants to whip up your own homemade ice cream in only a few minutes! But don’t forget that you need to freeze it for about 4-5 hours!
We’ve been beating the heat and enjoying the great outdoors with friends. We have a lot of local friends here to kayak with, and some out-of-towners, too!
Noticing beauty, and getting into the outdoors, is a habit, and it’s also not really optional for Paul and me.
We find we are much happier when we participate in outdoor activities (and healthier, too), so lately we’ve been fly fishing, bike riding, kayaking, and then relaxing at the pool. This, of course, is after we get all of our work done. Yes, we both work from home, sometimes long hours.
We are truly grateful for the friends we’ve been able to spend time with this summer. [Above, fly fishing lesson with my dear friend, Cindy – Fall River, OR]
