Epic Grilled Salmon Dinner Board
This board serves 8 adults!
Our time together was loud and fun as we got to know these families, and storytelling bound us together. Right in the middle of the table was this Grilled Salmon Dinner Board, which we grazed on while we talked.
I love how stories make us closer to each other, when they help us understand, that this is where you’ve come from. Or this is what you’ve been through. Or, you too? (Meaning, that has happened to you, too?)
After we dove into this board, and had a simple gelato for dessert, I woke up the next morning so grateful for another time to create friendships—new friendships. And I can’t wait until we get together again.
I always say here on my blog, these boards are about bringing people together.

Grilling summer food
Follow these instructions in grilling the salmon but don’t forget you can also grill (or boil) the corn on the cob, and even toss the bread on the grill.
New friendships enrich our lives.
I don’t know about you, but I love to learn about people’s upbringings, traditions, their work lives and countries they’ve been to.
I also love to hear a family’s favorite vacation with their kids!
Summer is jut a great time to eat summer food together and simply hang out together!
Wouldn’t you agree?
