Strawberry-Peach Cobbler
Why stick to one fruit when you can have 2? This Strawberry-Peach Cobbler is the best of both worlds and is it ever good! Made with fresh or frozen fruit, this is a summery dessert that you can enjoy all year long. Pass the ice cream and dig in!
I love cobblers, crisps, and crumbles. There’s nothing like warm, jammy fruit and topping still warm from the oven. With a scoop of ice cream melting over the top, this is my idea of dessert bliss.
Strawberry-Peach Cobbler
This is truly an easy dessert. You make it in a 9×13-inch baking dish, so there’s plenty to share or to have leftover. And, you can get it ready and then just pop it in the oven before baking. It’ll cook while you enjoy dinner, and then is ready at just the right time.

Fresh or frozen peaches work just as well, but grab a quart of strawberries from the store. They’re so much better fresh, and you don’t want your Strawberry-Peach Cobbler to be too runny.

Tips & substitutions
- If you use fresh peaches, be sure to peel them first. Look for freestone peaches to make the job easier!
- You can prep this dish all the way up until adding the boiling water. Add the boiling water just before popping it into the oven. If you make it ahead of time, leave it on the counter for up to 2 hours or in the fridge for up to 4.
- This dish is easy to double, but make it in 2 9×13-inch baking dishes so that it all cooks evenly.
Serving suggestions
Vanilla ice cream and cobbler go hand-in-hand, but a dollop of whipped cream is also delicious with this dessert. This is a terrific dessert to finish meals of burgers, summery Brat Dogs & Sauerkraut, or anything off the grill or smoker.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can reheat your cobbler, but it really is best enjoyed fresh.
