thank you for sharing this, love the good for you carbs in cauliflower and with enough flavor to forget that it is cauliflower!
WE LOOOOOVE cauliflower so any new recipes are so appreciated!!! Can’t wait to try this one!! My mouth is already watering- Haha!! Thanks!
I made this for 8 folks and there wasn’t a crumb left! ย Thanks so much for the delicious and SIMPLE recipe.
this looks so delicious! since it’s a side dish, can you suggest some things that might be good to pair it with? I don’t know anything about the taste of turmeric so I’m not sure what would work! thanks!
We had it with a strawberry & blue cheese salad with fruited balsamics, and a grilled beef tenderloin. ย Turmeric tastes just like it smells, so you will know intuitively what to cook it with. ย Add some chicken and basmati rice!
Do you think this would work with broccoli? I love the idea of watching our favorite TV show with friends. I’m going to make it happen.
I do think it would work with broccoli, Cheri. Let me know if you try it!!
Do you mince or chop the garlic or just throw in whole cloves?
TV + jammies + friends + food = BEST time ever! Love this & the gorgeous turmeric colored cauliflower!
Thanks Senika!! :)
Hi Sandy,
What a fun idea!!! Would love to watch one of our favorite shows Once Upon a Time!!!!
Yum…and turmeric is so good for you! What a fun get together idea!!!
We moved to our farm almost eight months ago. This weekend my husband is getting started on building us book cases for the downstairs room. After that we will get/make and entertainment center. Some comfy seating and we will be set to entertain in that area. I’m really looking forward to it.
And we love any flavor of roasted cauliflower.
Sounds like the perfect entertaining space, Karen!
I want to make this so bad…and I just might since I have cauliflower in the fridge. My kids love cauliflower, isn’t that funny. I don’t make it enough, but I do love it. That turmeric is such a pretty color.
LOVE your Downton Abby tradition. So fun. I’m so behind on watching.
Every Sunday night … it’s so fun to look forward to! :)
