31 Days of Warm Connections
I want to thank my friend, Nester, for inspiring a whole bunch of bloggers to write about their passions in the month of October. Last year I wrote 31 posts on Stress-Free Entertaining.
This year my 31-Day inspiration is to write about “warmer connections.” Think about what these words mean to you … yummy smells, giving, sharing, connecting, growing, traditions, nature, warmth, relationships. We’re drawn in and we don’t want to miss out, but sometimes it’s hard to get there … to enjoy those warmer connections in our lives.
October is an inspiring month. We settle into Fall and start to look forward to the holidays. In Oregon our weather is absolutely stunningly beautiful in October. It’s just very motivational on many accounts: cooler for exercise, more structured for diet and eating healthy, colorful for the soul, inspiring for opening our homes, over-all more routine-friendly (kids back in school, soccer has begun).
Warmer Connections gets me in the mood for connecting with people.

Organizing Made Fun
I’m looking forward to the various series. I’ve tossed around the idea of doing a series but just haven’t decided. I think I’d love to give it a shot, but just not sure I can do it..I’ve tossed around a few ideas but not sure I can do 31 days..sooooo I just don’t know. I guess we’ll see (C: Love seeing where you love to hang out with your laptop…I have a few places around the house and outside I like to sit.
I’m in! 31 days to be thankful. I’m doing a James MacDonald study, Lord Change My Attitude, and this will be a perfect tie-in for me!
Can’t wait – )
Sandy,
How are you?
This sounds very exciting, albeit a tad challenging..! I would have taken the plunge but for the month of October, which is going to be a packed house. I have guests coming over for the whole month, which may not allow sound writing time.
I’m still hoping I can participate. Or, I’ll just hang around here to enjoy the fun. :)
Here’s to all the festive days ahead!
I loved this last year and looked forward to reading all of them each day! Can’t wait to see what you all share! My blog needs a total overhaul…maybe I should do it and start something new in October.
Happy Fall!
Connie
Looking forward to seeing what everyone has to share!
Ok I’m in … I’ll do 31 days of connecting through food
