Easy Raspberry Lemonade Recipe
Easy Raspberry Lemonade Recipe, a spring and summer drink made with lemonade concentrate, water and lime juice. Add ginger ale, lemons, and raspberries!
Hello Friends! My husband and I got back from Prague just in time for a low-key Easter and great family time with our kids this past weekend.
Raspberry Lemonade for spring
If you’re looking for a simple beverage to serve for Mother’s Day, or for a baby or bridal shower or luncheon, this Easy Raspberry Lemonade Recipe is just that … easy!
In a large pitcher, add lemonade concentrate, water and lime juice. Stir in ginger ale right before serving and add ice, lemon slices, and fresh raspberries!
The crisp, tart flavors are a real thirst-quencher on a hot day.
It’s also prretty enough to serve at a bridal shower, and refreshing enough to pour for Mother’s Day brunch! You can also try this Mango-Orange Bellini Beverage Recipe or Virgin Mimosa Drink.
I’m not sure if you followed my Instagram stories, but WOW, what a great city we have been to!
Prague is well-known for the incredible Czech food, beer, and the beloved architect and history.
The diverse flavors we enjoyed in so many dishes, like traditional roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut, which I’m happy to say was one of our favorite things to eat here in Prague. We took a home-cooking class and made a delicious potato soup, dumplings with meat, and an apple strudel. More to come! [Above, me and Tereza cooking dumplings.]
Easy Raspberry Lemonade Recipe
Remember, this is a quick version of Raspberry Lemonade today. If you have more time, you can always puree fresh raspberries, and push them through mesh (to get the seeds out).
You also have to go through the steps of making your own simple syrup (with sugar and a water). Then you use fresh-squeezed lemons! Delicious, but again it takes a bit of time.
Easter and spring are the best times to start, if you are a reluctant entertainer.
If you can keep the “back to the basics” sort of mentality, I’ve found that it makes entertaining much more enjoyable. In other words, it’s okay to take shortcuts (like this easy recipe today), so you can focus on what’s more important to you.
Which is why I love an easy beverage to serve for Spring!
Happy hosting, Friends!
I just love the flavors of this Strawberry Basil Sorbet Bellini and Strawberry Shortcake Mimosa!
