Hot Cocoa Mug Cake

This Hot Cocoa Mug Cake features a rich, chocolatey flavor that comes from a hot cocoa mix. You want to make sure you’re using a good quality mix. I like the Trader Joe’s brand, but any will work. You want it to be rich and chocolatey with a touch of creaminess. And, just like any cup of hot chocolate, you can top these fabulous mini cakes with marshmallows!
