Today I’m sharing all the details for a simple Halloween Owl-o-Ween appetizer party, plus this No-Bake Peanut Butter Coconut Cookies recipe.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Coconut Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 24 balls

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal, I used old-fashioned
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup baking M&Ms
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • With a medium (1-inch) cookie scoop, scoop and roll the balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate and store in an airtight container. Good for about 1 week.
  • Makes 24 balls.
