Nutella No-Bake Cookies Recipe
Gather these ingredients:
- Butter
- Sugar
- Cocoa Powder
- Milk
- Salt
- Vanilla
- Nutella
- Quick oats (we used gluten-free)
- Granola (we used Birdseed Granola)
- Almond Flour

How to make no-bake cookies
- Place the butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for a minute.
- Stir in Nutella until smooth and creamy.
- Add the oats, granola, and almond flour and stir until combined and coated.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Allow to cool in the fridge. After cooling you can store in sealed container.
NOTE: Cookies are only gluten-free if you use gluten-free granola and oats.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup Nutella spread
- 1 cup quick oats, gluten free
- 1 cup granola, gluten free (we use Birdseed Granola)
- 2 cups almond flour
Instructions
- Place the butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until melted. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Nutella until smooth and creamy.
- Add the oats, granola, and almond flour and stir until combined and coated.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Allow to cool in the fridge. After cooling you can store in sealed container. Makes 24 large cookies.
- Cookies can be frozen as well.
I wonder if you could use unsweetened coconut flakes instead of the gluten free granola or gluten free oats to keep it lower carb ( I would use the almond flour and Iโd use granulated mink fruit instead of sugar)
