We recently vistied Galveston Gardens Nursery here in Bend, and I just love spending a lot of time in their beautiful green houses.

The owner really does a nice job, and every year I buy one big pot from her.

So quaint and clever.

Are you a flower lover, too?

No baking involved

This Nutella No-Bake Cookies Recipe comes together in under 15 minutes. They are the perect treat for any time of day, a party or picnic.

No bake cookies are just that … cookies that require no baking.

You mix the batter and refridgerate the dough (there are no eggs in the dough).

Drop-in guests

Here’s why I like to freeze them. You can always have a dessert on hand, just in case you have drop-in company!

That is, if your kids don’t find them and eat them ALL.

So when you do head to the garage fridge to grab a little dessert, you are unpleasantly surprised that they are all gone. LOL

ENJOY! And happy summer, folks!

  1. I wonder if you could use unsweetened coconut flakes instead of the gluten free granola or gluten free oats to keep it lower carb ( I would use the almond flour and I’d use granulated mink fruit instead of sugar)
