Why I love this board
- I love mini sandwiches. Think ham sandwiches, hummus and veggies, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. These are snack that everyone loves!
- So fun to have kids help build this board. Give them the slices of cheese and let them pick their favorite spring cookie cutters.
- Make ahead and store in the fridge. Add the crackers and candy right before serving.
- Make this board on our BIG BOARD!
Gather these ingredients:
Spring cookie cutters: flowers, chicks, bunnies.
- White and yellow cheese
- Ham slices
- Tri-colored carrots
- Celery
- Ritz crackers
- Strawberries
- Hummus
- Peanut butter
- Jam
- Ranch dip
- Candy colored eggs (we enjoyed Jordan almonds)
Having people into our homes gives us the opportunity to be real, authentic with our cooking and our families, and to create a space that is safe and where others can be vulnerable.
Even online (my blog here) being vulnerable is worth the risk!
