Just in time for the Easter holiday, enjoy this Easter Charcuterie Board, with nibbles and noshes for everyone! There’s no wrong or right way to make a charcuterie, as long as it has cured meats and cheese. Right? And the star of the board? Creamy Deviled Eggs Appetizer!

So why not add a bit of sweetness, with the fresh fruit and Easter-colored M&Ms?

Today I’m thinking about hosting. Because we had a lot of company this past week, for spring break here in Bend, Oregon. Of course we lucked out with the most amazing weather.

Cheese board for dinner

If fancy dinner parties are not for you, have you thought about something different, such as serving “appetizers for dinner?”

Best ever Easter Charcuterie Board Appetizer

Last night, my nephew and his family were in town. We sat out on the back patio and munched on this! We left the giant board inside and everyone filled their plates, especially with a little “you know who” who loves to take bites himself (yes, that would be Alder the Whoodle, who we now call Alder Butter!) :)

Normally I’ll make ‘comfort’ foods (that are easy), like a Slow Cooker Mirepoix Roast Beef or Best Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Roast Beef Dinner for a ‘Sunday dinner’ (throw everything into the roasting pan before we leave for church and ‘voila’ when we get home!), or easy suppers, like this Grilled Lemon Dill Salmon in the summer, or pasta in the winter. Pasta is an especially great entertaining meal because it’s cheap and easy to make in large quantities! (Try this Caprese Chicken Casserole Recipe.)
