All you need is one simple ingredient to bake the chips: salami. And then of course your favorite mustards for dipping! It’s optional to also add a sprinkle of brown sugar, for Baked Salami with brown sugar.

Appetizers are always my favorite part of the meal and these “baked chips” really add to a cheese platter or charcuterie board. This recipe is fabulous served on an epic charcuterie board or charcuterie/cheese boards, too. Any season, they are so good. But especially fall, for tailgating season or falltime parties.
