BBQ Pork Slider Board
Made with tender, juicy pulled pork from the slow cooker or Instant Pot, serve these sliders on a food board. We love serving a “make your own” slider bar, topped with creamy coleslaw made with Marie’s Dressing, dill pickles, and tomatoes.
We enjoy a good recipe that everyone loves, easy for entertaining (you can double the recipe) or perfect for a small gathering.
And have we told you how easy it is to whip up a fresh, homemade coleslaw?
Can I make BBQ Pork Sliders ahead?
Yes! Make the pork and slaw a couple days ahead. In fact, doing so knocks out one of the oldest tricks in the flavor book, because pork and slaw all taste better the next day!
How do you make a quick, delicious coleslaw?
The coleslaw is so versatile, all you do is add Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing; salt and pepper to taste! The longer it sits, the better the flavor is.
Refrigerate each one in airtight containers, and reheat the pork before serving. Fluff up the slaw with a fork.
How do you make a slider board?
To make a slider board, use your favorite pork recipe and prepare all components a day in advance. When it’s party time, assemble on a board and serve!

- Slider buns

Friends, with springtime here, step away from hearty soups and bring in the new season, with some fresh, indulgent new recipes.
From our Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing to this BBQ Pork Slider Board, we have pulled together some of our favorite recipes with all of the flavors we have been missing in the colder months.
Pulled pork slider toppings:
Here are our favorite slider toppings. I recommend the homemade options I’ve included, but you can use store-bought options if it’s more convenient.
- Coleslaw – zesty, fresh, and so easy to make from scratch with Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing
- BBQ sauce – adds a zip and sweetness, with mild heat
- Pickles – you’ve got to have pickles
- Tomato slices – optional but good
- French fried onions – adds a crunch
How to serve BBQ Pork Sliders (3 ways)
1. Self-serve – Assemble ingredients on a board or tray, serve, and let everyone make their own sliders and serve themselves. This is the option we have shown here on the round 23-inch Lazy Susan board.
2. Make ahead – You can prepare a 9×13 pan of sliders (line the pan with foil) and make the sliders up ahead. Keep in oven until serving, to keep them warm. Arrange the pan on the board and build the board around it.
3. Make a bowl – You can also make “bowls” with the ingredients and leave off the buns!
