How fitting for us to start off our party with this chosen fruit as the star of our Best Pear Martini Cocktail Recipe!
Don’t forget the garnish of a thin slice of delicious pear, and a few bright red pomegranate seeds that sink to the bottom of the glass.
Gather your people for New Year’s Eve.
My daughter set the table, and I think it’s splendid, so elegant and festive.
Since we’re surrounded by snow, a snowy theme seemed perfect.
Find a solid or cozy textured tablecloth, with light colors.
Standard white dishes, gold and silver napkins (from World Market).
Hang snowflakes and add a touch of gold and silver.
Champagne glasses for the toast.
Light the candles, mingle, eat, drink and be merry!
My husband shared these words at a dinner party we hosted a few years back. They still ring true, even more encouraging in today’s troubled world.

Best Pear Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ounces pear vodka
- 3 ounces St-Germain
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- Pear, sliced
- Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Shake all of the ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pear and a few pomegranate seeds that will sink to the bottom.
