How do you make Cinnamon Sugar Fried Flour Tortillas

Set up stations for these easy steps:

  1. Cut the tortillas (set out a cutting board) – use cookie cutters or cut into triangles. Use larger triangles to not have to be standing by the oil so long.
  2. Set up a plate with paper towels next to the hot oil.
  3. Set up the cinnamon and sugar bowl. Wait until the tortillas are WARM (not hot) before adding the cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Use a heavy bottom skillet that has high walls for safety (no grease fires please)! You’ll also need a thermometer attached to the side to monitor the temperature of the oil.

Whip up this amazing idea for dinner this week!

ENJOY!
