How to grill polenta
Be sure to cook the polenta to the thickness described in the recipe; otherwise it will never firm up enough for you to slice and grill it.
We grilled rounds, but did you know you can make polenta squares with these combinations?
- Add goat cheese, grilled onions, and your favorite herb.
- Dilled sour cream and smoked salmon.

The combination ideas go on and on.

We kayaked the Deschutes River again with our lovely friends from out of town. We beat the heat and were on the water at 9:30 am and it was so lovely. Mellow, peaceful and quiet, with the sounds of Canada geese, ducks, and a lot of birds. There is nothing better than an early morning float.
Back to a great dinner that night and this appetizer board. The PERFECT summer treat!
ENJOY!
