This is why we host
It’s beautiful to see how the investment in relationships brings rich rewards.
Here’s a little story. We’ve been in our new town for three years now, and we’re still meeting new people. It takes work on both sides to reach out, set a date, go out to dinner, or whatever.
We’re always glad when we do this. We walk away having learned more about others, which I think the world could use a little more of!
Jicama Mint Mango Bites
Easy bites are the best place to start, if you are a reluctant entertainer.
If you can keep the “back to the basics” mentality, I’ve found that it makes entertaining much more enjoyable.
Which is why I love an easy appetizer to set out when friends walk through the door!
Happy hosting, Friends!
