Basic Burger Condiment Platter

I’m a huge fan of piling on a burger, your favorite toppings. Think cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Of course lettuce and tomato and red onion!

What I love about a Burger Condiment Platter is that you can prepare it ahead, and keep it fresh and cold in the fridge.

Place avocados (whole) on the board until right before serving. Right before serving, slice and place in a small bowl.

TIP: If you want to slice ahead, drizzle with lemon juice to keep fresh.

Basic Burger Condiment ingredients

Hamburger Condiment Tray

Everyone has their own entertaining style, so there is no right or wrong. But I do say, don’t just set out the big bottle of ketchup and mustard.

Here are the ingredients:

  • Lettuce, iceburg leaves
  • Pickles, dill or sweet or bread and butter
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Avocados, cut in slices right before serving
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Barbecue Sauce

One idea is to use a muffin pan to hold a variety of burger sauces. What an easy TIP!
