Brie-Stuffed Cranberry Turkey Burgers
What is a brie-stuffed turkey burger? It’s fresh ground turkey made into a patty, stuffed with ooey brie cheese!
We added cranberries (oh, so good), and set out the toppings like lettuce and tomatoes!
Autumn hosting just feels … more relaxing, and it starts with a simple invite.
Which, by the way, Friends, invites don’t just happen. You have to choose them, you have to choose hospitality. It may or may not be on your radar, but if you want to make a difference in your home, and with others, think about ways you can connect!
On this night we sat around the table and talked for hours, putting all busyness aside. I’d say our table became a sanctuary.
Without even thinking about it, we dove right into deep conversations. Sometimes with new groups of people we will have a conversation starter ready to throw out there, to get everyone involved in a subject.
But this night felt just right. With mixed generations at the table, our conversation morphed into deeper topics, what I think we were all longing for.
The weather is perfect, the mosquitos are gone, we’re not dripping with sweat (just grab a sweater for the central Oregon chill in the air).

How do you make turkey burgers stuffed with brie cheese?
- Combine turkey, egg, rosemary, cranberries, and salt and mix together.
- Divide brie into 12 cubes.
- Scoop a little less than 1/4 cup of meat into a flat surface. Using another flat surface, I used the back of a plate, pushing the patty flat.
- Repeat several times until you have 12 patties.
- Place two cubes of brie in the center of one patty. Place another patty on top, and smooth edges so cheese is fully covered. Repeat until all 6 patties are made.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove and serve on a pretzel bun with your favorite sauce and fixings.
