Can I freeze chicken in this marinade?
Yes! It works perfectly to freeze chicken in this marinade. Here are the steps.
Ziploc bags. Place chicken into Ziploc bags and pour over the marinade. Make sure that all of the chicken is well coated. Remove as much air as possible as you seal the bag. Label the bag with the contents and date.
Freeze. Arrange in the freezer so that the container is as flat as possible. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw. Remove from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Cook the chicken according to your favorite chicken recipe (grill or bake). Don’t forget to discard the marinade.
Beautiful sunset Sunriver, Oregon
Friends, the sunset was unreal this past week. Our friends were staying with us, and after dinner we drove down to the marina.
Just look at this beauty. We sat for the longest time and just watched the sky! Be still my heart. And just look at Mt. Bachelor!
I love summer, out of town company, good food, and the sky!
