Fly fishing Fall River, Oregon
An afternoon spent on the Fall River (in central Oregon), is one of our favorite getaways.
Right now we are enjoying fly fishing, but also hiking, being in nature, smelling the warm forest ground—so full of life.
Then home to … a very quick meal!
This easy dinner was a huge hit, and has just a few ingredients, so it only takes a few minutes to throw together. But don’t forget, it’s great for a party and served on a charcuterie board, too.
I am all about easy these days, and these little bites of summery heaven are perfect!
